Please be sure and watch your child when they are using the pacifier clip. This is not an item that a child should sleep with or wear when they are not under adult supervision. PRODUCT CARE Cotton products should be washed in cold water with like colors. Use color safe bleach when needed. Tumble dry low heat. If there is Velcro on your product, ensure that it is latched before washing. SHIPPING Orders will be shipped via USPS. In-stock items will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Shipping rates are flat fees based on total dollar amounts spent as follows: o Up to $99 - $6.00 Priority Mail o Up to $99 - $3.00 First Class Mail o $100 or more – FREE SHIPPING

Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with our product after 30 days of your purchase…we still want you to be happy…so please let us know and we will evaluate the problem and offer an exchange or a merchandise credit. Please contact us for a return authorization number and return address for shipping. SALES TAX Purchases shipped to Illinois addresses will be charged 9.75% sales tax as of July 1, 2008. There is no sales tax charged for a shipping address outside of the state of Illinois. ORDERING The most convenient way to order from us is through the website.
